Firoza Zafar is a seasoned Business Development professional who is passionate about positively impacting the underprivileged population. Having grown up in Zambia and Pakistan, she has witnessed the disastrous impact the lack of basics necessities has on preventing many to escape cyclical poverty. She has worked for various Non-profits in Washington, DC in supporting a diaspora of proposals with various donors.

 

She holds an MBA in Finance and hopes to propel Uproot Poverty to the next level by being intimately involved in Business Development and Grant writing.
