I have known Mr. Tabassum for over 20 years. Most recently I have known him as Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief of Party for VEGA/CBCMP.  

 

I was impressed with his skills and ability in managing this program. He is a capable manager who understands how to supervise staff, manage a budget and meet his goals and objectives. I have found him to be knowledgeable, honest, and reliable.  In his present role, I know he will be assisting poor people to build their capacity and uplift them through this program.
